If true, this feature is contained in the state instance, i.e. in case of an attribute it will be stored in the corresponding database table. Note that all variants of implementation classes have to share the same state instance (due to current restrictions of OR mappers). In case of an operation it will become a state layer operation, with backend specific implementations.
